We ship via Canada Post
Current build time before strings ships is approximately 1 week. This lead time can vary depending upon seasonality. If you have a question on lead time please contact us PRIOR to placing your order and we can work with you on the best option to get your string the quickest.
Returns
Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued for custom bowstrings. We do not offer refunds on shipping fees. Ordered product, once received, is non-refundable.
Order Changes
Once you submit your order to String Twiddler Custom Strings and it has been processed we cannot change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations will be subject to our return policy.
International Orders
International orders are always welcome. You may place your order online. Please allow a few extra days for us to process and confirm international orders.
We always try to work with our international customers on shipping rates because we understand the high cost of getting items to you from Canada. We ship Canada Post. Canada Post is generally less expensive but is not insured and takes a few extra days.
